As the Nigerian economy continued to digitalise, more people needed renewable sources of energy to support their daily lives. Many turned to CleatPath for these solutions, and the high demand soon overwhelmed the company’s existing system. To meet this growing demand, CleatPath required a strong and scalable digital platform that could support its processes while also delivering a smooth user experience.

Partner’s Solution

Digitspot, an AWS Advanced Partner, helped CleatPath build a more reliable and scalable application. We used AWS Lambda to process real-time events with sub-second response times, while API Gateway handled incoming API requests and routed them to the right services. EC2 instances maintained persistent connections for continuous processing, and load balances distributed traffic without latency. To ensure high availability, we deployed the application across two availability zones with automatic failover, while NAT Gateways provided stable connectivity. For security, we placed critical parts of the system in private subnets, enforced least-privilege access with security groups, and enabled authentication and authorisation on all API endpoints.

Results and Benefits

With this solution, CleatPath was able to achieve operational excellence by reducing infrastructure management overhead and IT costs. The system now scales automatically, supports growth without extra investment, delivers sub-second response times, and ensures 99.99% uptime with disaster recovery in place.
