  Blythe and Junot are one of Nigeria's top manufacturers and distributors of hygiene, personal, laundry, and dental care products. With multiple departments, including Production, Sales, and Accounts, the company has grown into a household name by ensuring consistent product quality and efficient nationwide distribution.
  ## Customer Challenge
  As the departments in Blythe and Junot continued to expand, they required a scalable and highly available file-sharing solution that could be used across multiple departments. To reduce reliance on local infrastructure, they sought a cloud-based storage backend, while also enabling remote and global employees to securely access files. Additionally, they needed a cost-effective backup system for internal servers.
  ## Partner’s Solution
  Digitspot, an AWS Advanced Partner, helped Blythe and Junot implement a centralised storage solution across multiple departments using Amazon S3. We also created departmental prefixes within the S3 bucket to ensure organised data segregation and easier management. To support remote and guest user access, we configured AWS Storage Gateway with SMB guest access, enabling seamless connectivity to shared resources. For internal backups, Storage Gateway shares were mapped as network drives across user devices and servers, ensuring consistent and secure data availability. To guarantee high availability, the File Gateway was deployed on a resilient EC2 instance in a public subnet, providing a secure and scalable cloud backend for Blythe and Junot's growing storage needs.
